Since 1923, Sifton Properties Limited has become recognized for its integrity, goodwill and community involvement in London and surrounding areas. These company traits were of the utmost importance to the founder, Harry Sifton, and after three generations of leadership, these attributes remain fundamental to our business.

Building on a strong foundation, our spirit of innovation has led us to develop and diversify to include office construction and leasing, residential rental accommodation, property management, retirement communities and long term care. We offer a full life stage spectrum of accommodation and service to individuals and communities. In the true spirit of community, the Sifton Family Foundation was established in 1989 by Mowbray and Doris Sifton. From programs for children, youth and families, disabled and senior citizens, to environmentally friendly innovations and initiatives, we give back to the communities we serve by supporting a number of interests and organizations.
